Head of Sales Animal Nutrition


Tasks


  • Meet annual sales and net margin targets by implementing customer centric strategies.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plan for markets and territories; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
  • Carry out periodic reviews of market performance with the customers or distributors and the BU team to determine new interventions or modify market plan for target achievement.

Requirement

  • Master’s degree in Veterinary / Animal Nutrition
  • 10-12 years’ experience  in selling products or premix ingredients for Animal Nutrition in reputed Companies
  • Excellent Analytical & Sales skills
  • Proven ability to lead a Team
  • Interpersonal /  Communication skills
  • Distributor Management

Personal Qualities


  • GCC Experience is mandatory
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Arabic speaking will be an advantage
